Week 1: Astrology Signs
Astrology signs are a living breathing library of multi-sensory experience. They symbolize identity and processes of growth.
Their names–Leo, Gemini, Aquarius–refer to a lived quality that we all know and recognize. Most of us simply haven’t learned to speak this beautiful, evocative language describing the qualities of time.
In this class, we will explore all 12 signs of the zodiac using personal experience to bring them to life.
Week 2: Astrology Houses
The houses are the “where” of astrological activity, the problems and issues we must face.
There are 12 houses defining different spheres of activity–how we approach the world, relationships, finances, career, vocation, home, family, etc.
In this class, we will explore the 12 houses of the Zodiac, their meaning and application in your day-to-day life.
Week 3: The Planets
The planets represent the structure of the human mind.
Each one symbolizes a particular psychological function, such as drive to intimacy, our intellect, and our self image.
In this class, we will explore the planets in terms of their astrological attributes and functions.
Week 4: Planetary Aspects
Relationships between planets are called aspects.
Aspects can be easy and harmonious, challenging and growth oriented, or more in the background, humming along.
In this class, we will look at the major aspects between planets and discuss their impact in peoples’ charts and lives.
Week 5: Putting It All Together
It’s time to put it all together! The signs, houses, planets, and aspects truly come to life in each person’s chart. We will select 2 charts from class participants to discuss, as well as several examples of famous people.
Classes are on Tuesdays from 10 am – 11:15 Mountain Standard Time.
All classes will be on Zoom and will be recorded for you to access at your convenience.
